摘　　要：目的分析整理李斯文教授治疗原发性支气管肺癌(简称肺癌)的用药经验。方法收集李斯文教授治疗的149例544诊次肺癌患者资料,采用频数分析、聚类分析方法进行研究。结果常用的55种药物主要为补虚药、清热药、活血化瘀药、理气药、化痰平喘药5类,聚类分析得到常用的6个药物组合体。结论李斯文教授治疗肺癌以益气、养阴、清热、化痰、祛瘀之品为主,体现其"扶正抑癌"的学术思想。Objective:To analyze the medication experience of Professor Li Siwen in the treatment of primary bronchogenic carcinoma(referred to as lung cancer). Methods:The data of 149 patients with 544 clinical times of lung cancer treated by Professor Li Siwen were collected and studied by frequency analysis and cluster analysis. Results:The commonly used 55 drugs were mainly composed of tonic medicine,heat-clearing medicine,blood-activating and stasis-relieving medicine,qi-regulating medicine and phlegm-reducing and anti-asthmatic medicine. The cluster analysis showed the combinations of six commonly used medicine. Conclusion:Professor Li Siwen treats lung cancer by taking medicine of tobifying qi,nourishing yin,clearing heat,reducing phlegm and removing stasis as the principal thing,which reflects his academic thought of “strengthening the body resistance and suppressing cancer”.
