香砂平胃汤加减治疗小儿脾胃虚弱型厌食症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察香砂平胃汤加减治疗小儿脾胃虚弱型厌食症的疗效。方法将2017年3月—2018年5月于本院治疗的小儿脾胃虚弱型厌食症的100例患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组口服香砂平胃汤;对照组口服多酶片和葡萄糖酸锌口服液,分析比较2组患儿的治疗效果及Ca^(2+)、Zn^(2+)微量元素水平变化。结果治疗组总有效率为96.0%,明显高于对照组的82.0%(P<0.05),微量元素水平,治疗前,2组患儿Ca^(2+)、Zn^(2+)水平均无显著性差异(P>0.05);而治疗后,2组患儿Ca^(2+)、Zn^(2+)水平均明显提高,并且治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论香砂平胃汤加减能够明显改善小儿脾胃虚弱型厌食症状,安全有效,适宜临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the effect of Xiangsha Pingwei Decoction on the treatment of infantile anorexia patients with spleen and stomach deficiency. Methods:100 anorexia child patients with spleen and stomach deficiency who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group was treated with Xiangsha Pingwei Decoction and the control group was treated with enzyme tablets and zinc gluconate oral solution. The curative effects and the changes of Ca 2+ and Zn 2+ levels in the two groups. were analyzed and compared. Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.0%,which was significantly higher than that of 82.0% of the control group( P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the levels of Ca 2+ and Zn 2+ between the two groups before treatment( P >0.05). After treatment,the levels of Ca 2+ and Zn 2+ in the two groups were significantly increased,and the levels of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P <0.05),and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:The modified Xiangsha Pingwei Decoction can significantly improve the symptoms of anorexia in children with spleen and stomach deficiency,which is safe and effective,suitable for wide clinical application.
