摘　　要：由于实物期权理论在项目决策评价中存在一定的不足,提出将竞争博弈理论和期权理论结合,基于博弈期权进行决策模型构建。在政府部门和社会资本之间围绕合同期和建设成本投入进行决策计算,通过算例分析验证了决策模型在决策分析中的可行性。This paper puts forward the combination of competitive game theory and option theory, which is based on the theory of option. The decision model of game option is constructed, and the decision calculation is carried out between the government department and social capital around the contract period and the cost of construction cost. Finally, the feasibility of the decision model in the decision analysis is analyzed by an example.
