摘 要:针对催化剂复活过程中产生大量难以处理的柠檬酸铝废水,利用乳状液法萃取废水中的柠檬酸,联合化学沉淀法去除水中的铝离子,并回收利用萃取的柠檬酸。考察了表面活性剂种类和质量、流动载体含量、搅拌速度、乳水比、油内比等因素对柠檬酸萃取效果的影响,进而对铝离子去除率的影响。实验结果表明,当6501为2 g·50 mL煤油、正三辛胺为1. 5 mL、Na_2CO_3溶液浓度为1 mol·L^(-1)、Roi=1∶1、Rw=1∶5、制乳速度6000 r·min^(-1)、制乳时间为20 min、搅拌速度300 r·min^(-1)、搅拌时间为25 min,Al^(3+)的去除效率可达80. 2%。In view of the large amount of hard-to-treat aluminum citrate wastewater produced during the resurrection of the catalyst,citric acid was extracted from wastewater by emulsion method,and combining with chemical precipitation method,the aluminum ions in water supply were removed,so the extracted citric acid could be recycled.The effects of surfactant type and quantities,flow carrier content,stirring speed,milk water ratio and oil ratio on the extraction effect of citric acid were investigated,and the effects on the removal rate of aluminum ions were also investigated.The experimental results showed that the surfactants (6501 ) was 2 g and 50 mL kerosene,positive trimethylamine was 1.5 mL,Na 2CO 3 solution concentration was 1 mol/L,Roi=1 : 1,Rw=1 : 5,the speed of preparing emulsion was 6000 r·min^-1,time was 20 min,stirring speed was 300 r·min ^-1,time was 25 min,Al 3+ removal efficiency reached 80.2%.
