摘 要:研究以氯化铁与活性炭为主要原料,分别添加淀粉、尿素等物质,利用化学沉淀反应,通过真空高温焙烧制备废水降解材料;然后利用材料对医药中间体废水进行降解。研究结果表明以氯化铁、活性炭、淀粉、尿素4种物质为原料制备出的TC4材料内部明显呈现蜂窝多孔状。研究还发现该材料对医药中间体废水中COD的降解能力最强,在连续运行的实验系统中对废水COD的平均降解率能够高于60%,且运行稳定。The porous wastewater degradation material was prepared by using ferric chloride and activated carbon as the main raw materials,adding catalytic materials,using chemical precipitation reaction,and then calcining at high temperature by vacuum.The materials were then used to degrade the pharmaceutical intermediate wastewater.The results showed that TC4 material prepared from ferric chloride,activated carbon,starch and urea was honeycomb porous and the material had the strongest ability to degrade COD in pharmaceutical intermediate wastewater.In the continuous operation experimental system,the average degradation rate of COD in wastewater was higher than 60%,and the operation was stable.
