摘  要:通过对催化重整装置粉尘异常现象的归纳总结,分别阐述了粉尘异常时还原段、反应器、催化剂输送系统、再生器、闭锁料斗以及分离料斗的现象及危害。同时,从操作和设备两个方面分析了粉尘淘析、进料工况、设备安装、催化剂烧焦等导致的粉尘异常原因,并提出了相应的处理措施。为催化重整装置异常工况的处理及日常操作提供了一定的借鉴意义。The cause for abnormality of catalyst fines and harm of CCR (the reduction zone,reactors,catalyst conveying system,etc ) were analyzed based on the induction summary.At the same time,a variety of reasons such as the elutriation and feeding conditions resulting in fines anomalies were given from the aspects of operation and equipment.The corresponding measures were presented,which could offer references for abnormal conditions and daily operation.
