摘 要:填料吸收实验是化工原理重要的单元实验之一。鉴于我校填料吸收实验装置的丙酮加料系统存在的可操作性低的问题,提出了两种改进方案。对方案一进行了详细的计算和选型,并比较了两种方案的优缺点。比较认为两种改进方案对丙酮进样都实现了一定程度的改善,可酌情选择。改进后的装置降低了准备实验的操作难度,避免了空气污染和对实验人员的不良影响。The filler absorbing experiment is one of the important unit experiments of chemical principle.Considering the low maneuverability of the acetone feeding system of the filler absorbing tower in our school,two improvements were proposed.The first scheme was calculated and selected in detail,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes were compared.The comparison showed that the two improvement schemes had achieved a certain degree of improvement in the injection of acetone,which can be selected as appropriate.The improved device could reduce operation difficulty of prepare experiment,avoid the air pollution and experiment personnel's bad effect.
