摘 要:承包地资产化是指承包地从单纯的农业生产资料转变为一种能带来收益的资产的过程。承包地资产化收益作为农民的财产性收入,是农民增收的一个新增长点。当前,农户承包地资产化收益绝对量少,在农民总收入中占比小,可提升空间有限。因此,应考虑实施新型土地资产化政策,推行集体所有土地资产化,拓展农民财产性收入增长空间。The capitalization of contracted land means that the contracted land transforms from the simple agricultural material into the capital that may bring interest. As the property income of peasants, the interest brought by the capitalization of contracted land is the new growth point for peasants to increase their income. Currently, the interest brought by the capitalization of rural contracted land is rather little in its absolute amount, and occupies a small proportion in the general income of the peasants with quite limited room to increase further in the future. Therefore, we should consider about applying new policies for the capitalization of land, push forward the capitalization of collectively owned land, and expand the room for the increase of peasants' property income.
