摘　　要：当前我国档案中介机构面临的主要问题有自身发展不平衡、市场竞争不充分、收费标准不规范等。导致上述问题的主要原因有相关法律体系不完善、经营观念较落后、质量评估不到位。要解决这些问题,短期内档案中介机构要借鉴外资公司先进管理经验、紧跟市场需求、拓展业务领域、优化服务、促进良性发展,同时建立行业协会;长远对策是建立商业性文件中心。Main problems confronted with archives intermediaries in China are imbalance and insufficiency of their development,inadequate market competition,lack of standardization of charging,because of imperfectness of related laws,inadequate management concept,as well as worse evaluation of service quality.To solve these problems,in general,archives intermediaries should implement the five development concepts.In the short term,archives intermediaries should learn from the advanced management experience of foreign companies,follow market demand,expand business areas,optimize services,promote sound development,and establish industry associations.The long-term solution is to establish commercial document centers.
