摘　　要：保护好、开发好、传承好文献遗产,对于维护社会记忆的完整性、提升民族文化身份的认同度具有重要意义。"互联网+"环境下文献遗产"活化保护"模式在保护内容、保护主体、传播方式上呈现出一定的优势,但也因缺乏统一的数字化标准规范、技术与经费投入不足、文献保护人才队伍薄弱、社会参与缺乏动力等因素,使得"活化保护"存在诸多阻碍因素。本文拟从线下实体保护与线上活态展现两方面,构建多元素、多主体、开放共享的文献遗产"活化保护"模式。Protecting, developing and inheriting the documentary heritage has great significance for maintaining the integrity of human social memory and arousing the identification, pride and roots of national cultural identity. The "activating protection" model of documentary heritage under the "Internet+" environment presents certain advantages in protecting content, protecting subjects and disseminating modes.However, there are obstacles to "activating protection",such as the lack of unified digital standardization norms, the lack of technical and financial investment,the weak team of document protection talents,and the lack of motivation for social participation.Combining with the "Internet Plus" environment, it is planned to build a multi-element, multi-subject, opensharing of the "activating protection" model from the offline physical protection and online live display,and is expected to have reference significance for the construction of folk documentary heritage protection.
