摘 要:目的探讨小组式教学法(TBL)在大气污染物所致心血管损伤课程中的应用效果。方法选取空军军医大学2013及2014五年制航空航天医学专业的两个班级为研究对象,分为对照组(2013级,87人)和试验组(2014级,90人),对照组接受传统的授课方式,试验组接受TBL授课。课程结束后,以随堂测试和课后测试的形式进行检测,同时使用调查问卷评价教学效果,评价结果以百分比显示。结果试验组学生综合测试成绩高于对照组学生(P<0.05)。问卷调查结果显示,学生对于TBL的教学效果评价明显高于传统教学法,不仅在团队协作、独立思考及自主学习方面都有提高,而且有利于课程内容的学习。结论 TBL在大气污染物所致心血管损伤课程中的应用可以显著提高课堂教学效果,充分调动学生的学习积极性,有利于学生对知识的掌握,提高学生的综合学习能力。AIM To evaluate the application of Team-Based Learning in instruction of cardiovascular damage caused by atmospheric pollutants. METHODS Two classes of 5-year-program aerospace medical students were chosen for present investigaiton. The students were divided into a control group(the class of 2013, 87 students) and an experimental group(the class of 2014, 90 students). The traditional teaching method was used for the control group, while the Team-Based Learning method was used for the experimental group. At the end of the course, examinations and questionnaire surveys were administered and the scores were analyzed. The teaching effectiveness was expressed as percentage. RUSULTS The average scores in the control group were significantly lower than those in the experimental group(P<0.05). According to the results of the questionnaire surveys, the Team-Based Learning method was superior than the traditional teaching method, not only improving teamwork, independent thinking, and autonomous learning, but also study of curriculum content. CONCLUSION The application of Team-Based Learning in instruction of cardiovascular damage caused by atmospheric pollutants significantly improved the effects of classroom instruction, helps students deepen their understanding of targeted knowledge, and enhances a variety of students’ ability.
