头孢呋辛酯联合盐酸环丙沙星治疗需氧菌性阴道炎的效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价头孢呋辛酯联合盐酸环丙沙星治疗需氧菌性阴道炎(AV)的效果.方法选取2017年3月至2018年3月本院收录的符合标准的AV患者104例,采用数字随机分组法分为两组,各52例.对照组给予盐酸环丙沙星栓剂,研究组在对照组基础上口服头孢呋辛酯,两组均治疗7d.观察对比两组患者治疗总有效率,疾病复发率以及各临床症状消失时间.结果研究组总有效率90.38%,高于对照组71.15%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组复发率1.92%,明显低于对照组17.31%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组外阴瘙痒消失时间、外阴灼痛感消失时间、稀薄脓性分泌物消失时间、阴道黏膜红肿消失时间、宫颈充血消失时间分别为(4.02±0.79)d、(3.39±0.65)d、(5.26±1.37)d、(6.64±1.31)d、(6.23±1.17)d,均低于对照组(9.13±1.51)d、(7.74±1.32)d、(10.04±2.38)d、(12.15±2.64)d、(11.82±2.11)d,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率分别为1.92%、5.77%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论头孢呋辛酯联合盐酸环丙沙星治疗需氧菌性阴道炎,可明显提高治疗总有效率,降低疾病复发率,同时缩短临床症状消失时间,具有良好的临床疗效.Objective To evaluate the efficacy of cefuroxime axetil combined with ciprofloxacin hydroehloride in the treatment of aerobic vaginitis (AV).Methods 104 patients with AV treated at our hospital from March,2017 to March,2018 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,52 cases for each group.The control group were treated with ciprofloxacin hydrochloride suppository,and the study group with ciprofloxacin hydrochloride suppository and cefuroxime axetil.Both groups were treated for 7 days.The total effective rate,recurrence rate,and the times for the disappearance of clinical symptoms were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was higher in the study group than in the control group (90.38% vs.71.15%),with a statistical difference (P < 0.05).After the treatment,the recurrence rate was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group [1.92% vs.17.31%],with a statistical difference (P < 0.05).After the treatment,the times for the disappearance of vulvar pruritus,burning pain,thin purulent secretion,vaginal mucosal redness,and cervical congestion in the study group were significantly less than those in the control group[(4.02±0.79) d vs.(9.13±1.51) d,(3.39±0.65) d vs.(7.74±1.32) d,(5.26±1.37) d vs.(10.04±2.38)d,(6.64±1.31) d vs.(12.15±2.64)d,and (6.23±1.17) d vs.(11.82±2.11)d;all P < 0.05].The incidence of adverse reactions was 1.92% in the study group,and was 5.77% in the control group,with no statistical difference (P > 0.05).Conclusions Cefuroxime axetil combined with ciprofloxacin hydrochloride in the treatment of aerobic vaginitis can significantly improve the total effective rate,reduce the recurrence rate,and shorten the times for the disappearance of clinical symptoms.
