摘　　要：目的测试并分析梅尼埃病(Meniere disease, MD )患者的眼肌前庭诱发肌源性电位(ocularvestibular-evoked myogenic potential, oVEMP ),探讨oVEMP频率振幅比在梅尼埃病患者中的临床特性。方法对本科确诊的梅尼埃病患者20例及年龄相匹配的10例(20耳)健康志愿者行oVEMP测试,对比他们在同一频率的振幅差异以及1 000/500 Hz频率振幅比(FAR )参数。结果 MD组患耳与健康对照组的频率振幅比差异有统计学意义(P = 0.000 );患耳与健耳比较:P = 0.000;健耳与健康对照组比较:P = 0.100o MD患耳与健康对照组在500 Hz及1 000 Hz处的振幅差异均无统计学意义(均P > 0.05 ) o结论梅尼埃病患者患侧oVEMP 1 000/500 Hz频率振幅比存在较显著异常,提示MD患者的椭圆囊功能受损,oVEMP频率振幅比对梅尼埃病的诊断及评估具有一定价值。Objective To test and analyze the ocular vestibular-evoked myogenic potential (oVEMP)in patients with Meniere's disease (MD),and to explore the clinical characteristics of frequency-amplitude ratio of oVEMP in patients with Meniere's disease.Methods The oVEMP test was performed on 20 patients with Meniere's disease diagnosed in our department and 10 healthy volunteers (20 ears).The amplitude difference at the same frequency and the 1 000/500 Hz frequency amplitude ratio (FAR) parameters were compared.Results There was statistically significant difference in the FAR between the diseased ear in MD group and the healthy control group (P=-0.000),the diseased ear and the healthy ear in MD group:P=0.000,the healthy ear in MD group and the healthy control group:P=-0.100.There were no statistically significant differences in the amplitude at 1 000 Hz and 500 Hz between the diseased ear in MD group and the healthy control group (P>0.05).Conclusion There is a significant abnormality in the frequency amplitude ratio of oVEMP 1 000/500 Hz in the diseased ear of patients with Meniere's disease,suggesting that the oval capsule function of MD patients is impaired.The frequency amplitude ratio ofoVEMP is valuable in the diagnosis and evaluation of Meniere's disease.
