308 nm高能准分子光治疗肛周湿疹的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察308 nm高能准分子光治疗肛周湿疹的疗效及安全性。方法选取2015年1月至2017年10月本科门诊就诊的84例肛周湿疹患者,随机分为两组,各42例。对照组予以口服依巴斯汀片,1次/d, 10 mg/次,润燥止痒胶囊2.0 g, 3次/d,外用冰黄肤乐软膏,3次/d;治疗组在对照组基础上加用308 nm高能准分子光照射治疗,3次/周。疗程均为28 d,结束后判定疗效和不良反应。结果治疗前,两组患者症状体征积分比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P> 0.05);治疗后2周、4周,治疗组症状体征积分分别为(3.34± 1.21 )分、(1.92 ±0.72)分,低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P < 0.05 ):治疗组在14 d、28 d的有效率分别为80.95%、8& 10%,高于对照组59.52%、71.43%,差异均有统计学意义(均P< 0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率9.52%与对照组2.38%比较,差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05 ) o结论308 nm高能准分子光治疗肛周湿疹疗效好,安全性高。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of 308 nm high-energy excimer laser in the treatment of perianal eczema. Methods 84 patients with perianal eczema in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2017 were divided into two groups randomly. Forty-two patients in the control group were given ebastine tablets orally once a day, 10 mg each time, antipruritic capsules 2.0 g, 3 times a day, and Binghuangfule cream for external use, 3 times a day. Another forty-two patients in the treatment group were given 308 nm high-energy excimer laser irradiation based on the control group, 3 times per week. The course of treatment was 28 days. The curative effect and adverse reactions were observed then. Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the score of symptoms and signs between the two groups (P>0.05);at 14 days and 28 days after treatment, the score of symptoms and signs in the treatment group were (3.34±1.21) and (1.92±0.72), lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). At 14 days and 28 days after treatment, the effective rates of the treatment group were 80.95% and 88.10% respectively, which were higher than 59.52% and 71.43% in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (9.52% vs.2.38%)(P>0.05). Conclusion 308 nm high-energy excimer laser therapy is effective and safe in the treatment of perianal eczema.
