摘 要:土壤中存在大量的微生物,这些微生物的生命活动在一定程度上影响着土体的物理力学性质,而生物水泥技术就是利用这些微生物的矿化过程来解决岩土问题。为探究生物水泥技术处理液化地基的应用前景,对近年来众多学者的研究进行了归纳和总结,发现采用该技术处理后的试样渗透性明显降低,土体强度得到较大提升,抗液化性能也发生明显改善。此外,还对该技术微生物培养过程中各类物质的选择,以及处理方法的选择进行了较为全面的总结,为其他学者进一步研究提供了参考。There are many microorganisms in soil,and the life activities of these microorganisms can affect the physical and mechanical properties of soil to a certain extent,and the biological cement technology is to use the mineralization process of these microorganisms to solve the geotechnical problems.In order to explore the application prospect of biological cement technology in treating liquefaction foundation,many papers were reviewed in this paper.It is found that the permeability of the sample treated by this technology is obviously reduced,and the soil strength has been improved greatly.The liquefaction resistance is also improved obviously.In addition,the selection of various substances in the process of microbial culture and the selection of treatment methods were summarized.
