摘　　要：我国当前对艾滋病患者主要是进行免费抗病毒治疗。在抗病毒治疗的过程中,主要使用抗逆转录病毒药物联合用药的方式被称为高效抗逆转录病毒疗法(HARRT),能够有效降低HIV-1感染者的发病率和死亡率,提升患者的生活质量,有效延长患者的生存时间。该文就艾滋病患者治疗管理的意义、国产HARRT治疗艾滋病的管理实施的几个具体方法进行介绍。Currently, AIDS patients in China are mainly engaged in free antiviral therapy. In the process of antiviral therapy, the combination of antiretroviral drugs is mainly called high-efficiency antiretroviral therapy (HARRT), which can effectively reduce the morbidity and mortality of HIV-1 infected patients and improve patients' Quality of life, effectively extending the survival time of patients. This article introduces the specific methods of the management of AIDS patients and the implementation of domestic HARRT treatment of AIDS.
