摘  要:目的主要在对全自动生化分析仪的应用中,找出某些能造成交叉污染的试剂并进行相应排查。方法主要以谷丙转氨酶和三酰甘油作为主要的研究对象,检测直接胆红素后检测ALT,在此基础上分别检测高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇。同时要观察DBIL试剂对ALT检测的影响。结果 DBIL试剂对ALT检测有明显负干扰,而HDL-C和LDL-C试剂对甘TG检测有明显正干扰影响。结论在全自动生化分析仪地具体应用中,某些生化试剂间的确存在交叉污染。这就需要相关工作人员在加强洗涤试剂针的同时,做到合理安排项目间组合顺序。Objective In the application of automatic biochemical analyzer, find some reagents that can cause cross-contamination and conduct corresponding investigation. Methods Alanine aminotransferase and triacylglycerol were mainly used as the main research objects. After detecting bilirubin, ALT was detected. On the basis of this, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were detected. At the same time, we must observe the effect of DBIL reagent on ALT detection. Results DBIL reagent had a significant negative interference with ALT detection, while HDL-C and LDL-C reagents had significant positive interference effects on Gan TG assay. Conclusion In the specific application of automatic biochemical analyzers, there is indeed cross-contamination between some biochemical reagents. This requires the relevant staff to strengthen the washing reagent needle while making reasonable arrangements for the order of the items.
