摘　　要：《关于加强公立医院党的建设工作的意见》要求,加强公立医院党的建设。该文分析了公立医院党的建设的重要性,梳理了目前公立医院党建存在的问题和不足,并提出相应的政策建议。The "Opinions on Strengthening the Party Building Work in Public Hospitals" requires strengthening the party building in public hospitals. This paper analyzes the importance of party building in public hospitals, sorts out the problems and deficiencies in the current party building in public hospitals, and proposes corresponding policy recommendations.
