摘　　要：美国马萨诸塞州图书馆系统(Massachusetts Library System,MLS)专注于全州的文献资源共享服务,并且运用其成熟的管理体制和有效的运行机制推动州内图书馆工作的有序发展,形成MLS特有的影响力。同时,MLS通过临时馆员就业服务、电子文献共享平台、联合采购、暑期阅读主体活动等核心服务,在提高本州图书馆服务效益上取得一定的成效,对我国区域图书馆合作体的建设以及文献资源共享的完善具有一定的启示作用。Massachusetts Library System in USA focuses on the service of literature resource sharing, and promotes orderly development of library with its mature management mechanism and effective operating mechanism to form MLS characteristic impact. MLS makes some achievements on value of library service with its core services, such as bibliotemps, commonwealth eBook collections, cooperative purchasing, Summer Library Program and so on, which has the enlightenment role for the construction of regional library system and the complete of literature resource sharing in China.
