摘 要:采用灰化碱熔法处理残渣燃料油试样,利用ICP-AES法测定残渣燃料油中的微量元素含量,优化了仪器测定条件,并采用基体匹配法消除锂干扰。实验结果表明,采用灰化碱熔法处理试样,测定的各元素的相对标准偏差均小于4%,回收率在97%~104%之间。与传统的干灰化后酸溶法处理样品相比较,两种方法测定结果的相对标准偏差均小于3%,相对误差均小于5%,但灰化碱熔法样品分解能力强,测得数据略高,而且硅、铝能与其他元素在ICP-AES上一步测定完成,大大节省了样品处理时间,为残渣燃料油中微量元素含量的测定提供了一种快速、准确、可靠的方法。Ashing alkali fusion method was used to treat the samples of residual fuel oil,and ICP-AES method was used to determine the contents of trace elements in residual fuel oil while optimizing the conditions at which the implements are used for determination and eliminating the disturbance of lithium using matrix matching method. The experimental results have shown that the relative standard deviation of each element determined is less than 4% and the recovery percent is 97% to 104% when ashing alkali fusion method was used to treat the samples. Both the relative standard deviation of determination results obtained by this method and that of determination results obtained by conventional acidic dissolution after dry ashing are less than 3% with the relative error being less than 5%. However,the samples can be decomposed more easily with the measured data are slightly higher when ashing alkali fusion method is used,and the determination of silicon, aluminum,and other elements can be realized in one step with ICP-AES method afterwards reducing the time for sample handling considerably. It is a rapid,accurate,and reliable method for determining the contents of trace elements in residual fuel oil.
