摘　　要：结合目前公共管理学科本科毕业实习与理论教学改革脱节而产生的种种问题,本文意在这种发展困境中探索公共管理学科通过毕业实习阶段的科研实践提升管理技能的培养模式和具体的工作机制。Combining with the problems arising from the disconnection between graduation practice and theoretical teaching reform of public management discipline, this paper aims to explore the training mode and specific working mechanism of public management undergraduates to improve management skills through scientific research practice in graduation practice stage.
