摘　　要：以江西科技职业学院为例,从民办高校董事会、党委会、行政会三套领导管理班子三个方面阐述董事长、党委书记兼督导专员、校长"三驾马车"同心发力开展习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想教育对策。Taking Jiangxi Vocational College of Science and Technology as an example, this paper elaborates“three troika”- the Chairman, the Secretary of the Party Committee and Supervisor and the President who work together to carry out ideological education of Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era from three perspectives which are the board of directors, members of the Party Committee and three sets of leadership management.
