护理安全管理模式在消毒供应室管理中的应用及其危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨护理安全管理模式在消毒供应中心管理中的应用及其危险因素。方法选取2017年4月～2018年4月我院消毒供应中心工作者52例,随机分为两组,对照组应用常规管理模式,研究组应用护理安全管理模式。结果研究组发生不良情况率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组生物、化学和物理危险因素均低于对照组;研究组满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消毒供应中心管理中应用护理安全管理模式,可降低不良情况发生,提高护理质量,效果明显,值得在消毒供应中心管理中应用和推广。Objective To discuss the application of nursing safety management mode in the management of disinfection supply center and its risk factors.Methods A total of 52 workers from our hospital's disinfection and supply center from April 2017 to April 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was asked to use the routine management model and the study group was asked to use the nursing safety management model.Results The incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The biological,chemical and physical risk factors of the study group were lower than those of the control group.The satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing safety management mode in the management of disinfection supply center can reduce the occurrence of adverse conditions,improve the quality of care,and has obvious effects.It is worthy of application and promotion in the management of disinfection supply center.
