基于直觉模糊DEMATEL的研究型大学创新创业人才培养关键因素分析

摘　　要：创新创业人才是实现自主创新、建设创新型国家的中坚力量,近年来我国高等教育取得了突飞猛进的发展,不断为社会各行各业培养和输送大量人才,但许多高校尤其是研究型大学对于创新创业人才培养的重视程度还有待提高。在对研究型大学创新创业人才培养的影响因素予以系统分析的基础上,构建基于直觉模糊DEMATEL的研究型大学创新创业人才培养关键影响因素分析法,并以K大学为例探讨影响创新创业人才培养的关键因素,从而为研究型大学创新创业人才的培养提出相关对策建议,以期提升研究型大学创新创业人才的培养水平。Innovating entrepreneurial talents are the backbone of realizing independent innovation and building an innovation-oriented country. In recent years,China’s higher education has made rapid development,constantly providing a lot of talents for all walks of life. However,many colleges and universities,especially research-oriented universities for innovation and entrepreneurial talents still not pay enough attention. This paper first analyzes the influencing factors of the innovation of entrepreneurial talents in research universities. This paper constructs the key influencing factors of the innovation and innovation of entrepreneurial talents based on intuitionistic fuzzy DEMATEL,and discusses the key factors influencing the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents with K university as an example,in order to make recommendations to develop entrepreneurial talent and innovative research university,and to enhance the research-oriented university innovation and entrepreneurship training level.
