摘　　要：目的观察超声造影评价TIPSS支架管的价值。方法临床资料方便采集该院2017年7月—2018年7月接受TIPSS手术治疗的60例患者,均行超声造影检查,观察TIPSS术后支架管通畅、狭窄及闭塞情况。结果 60例TIPSS术患者经术后超声造影检查,支架管通畅共30例(50.00%);支架管轻微狭窄共12例(20.00%),其中中段6例(10.00%)、下腔段6例(10.00%);支架管中度狭窄9例(15.00%),其中中段6例(10.00%)、下腔段3例(5.00%);支架管重度狭窄6例(10.00%),其中门脉段-中段3例(5.00%)、中段-下腔段3例(5.00%);支架管闭塞3例(5.00%)。结论TIPSS术患者术后实施超声造影监测,能显示支架管功能状态,判断狭窄程度及闭塞状况。Objective To evaluate the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in evaluating TIPSS stents. Methods Conve-nient select clinical data were collected from 60 patients who underwent TIPSS surgery from July 2017 to July 2018 in our hospital. All patients underwent contrast-enhanced ultrasonography to observe the patency, stenosis and occlusion of the stent after TIPSS. Results 60 patients with TIPSS underwent postoperative contrast-enhanced ultrasonography. The stent tube was patency in 30 cases (50.00%). The stent tube was slightly narrowed in 12 cases (20.00%), including 6 cases (10.00%) in the middle segment and 6 cases in the inferior segment (10.00%);9 cases (15.00%) with moderate stenosis of the stent tube, including 6 cases (10.00%) in the middle segment and 3 cases (5.00%) in the inferior segment;6 cases (10.00%) with severe stenosis of the stent tube, including portal vein 3 cases (5.00%) in the segment-middle segment, 3 cases (5.00%) in the middle segment-lower segment, and 3 cases (5.00%) in the stent tube. Conclusion Ultrasonography monitoring can be performed in patients with TIPSS after surgery, which can show the functional status of the stent tube and determine the degree of stenosis and occlusion.
