儿童牙体牙髓病无痛治疗临床治疗效果体会研究

摘　　要：目的分析儿童牙体牙髓病无痛治疗方案的临床资料与治疗效果,为后续研究提供理论参考。方法研究对象为方便选择该院2015年1月—2017年1月所收治的104例牙体牙髓病儿童,并随机分为观察组与对照组,每组52例。对照组选择常规临床治疗方案,使用阿替卡因进行治疗;观察组采用复方阿替卡因配合口腔麻醉仪联合进行无痛治疗,比较两组儿童治疗时的疼痛控制情况,以VAS评分来判定麻醉治疗效果。结果研究结果显示,在两组患儿疼痛控制情况的数据对比方面,观察组的总有效率达到了94.2%,而对照组的总有效率仅为80.8%,两组患儿数据差异有统计学意义(χ~2=0.008,P<0.05)。结论针对儿童牙体牙髓病的治疗过程,利用复方阿替卡因配合口腔麻醉仪进行治疗可以有效地改善患者的疼痛情况,从VAS评分结果与实际的麻醉效果来看都具有显著的临床推广价值,可以在今后的相关治疗中进行使用。Objective To analyze the clinical data and therapeutic effect of painless treatment for children's dental pulp disease, and provide theoretical reference for subsequent research. Methods A total of 104 children with dental pulp dis-ease admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 52 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional clinical treatment plan and treated with atecaine. The observation group was treated with compound entecaine combined with oral anesthesia apparatus for painless treatment. The pain control of the two groups of children was compared and anesthetic treatment effect was determined by VAS score. Results The results of the study showed that the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.2% com-pared with the data of the pain control in the two groups, while the total effective rate of the control group was only 80.8%. The data of the two groups were significantly different(X^2=0.008,P<0.05). Conclusion For the treatment of dental endodontic diseases in children, the combination of compound entecaine and oral anesthesia can effectively improve the pain of pa-tients. It has significant clinical promotion from the results of VAS score and actual anesthesia value can be used in future related treatments.
