乙肝病毒感染女性妊娠期血脂异常对肝功能的影响及护理对策

摘　　要：目的通过调查分析乙肝病毒感染女性妊娠期血脂异常对肝功能的影响,提出相应的护理对策,为临床护理干预提供参考。方法采用回顾性分析方法,调查收集2016年1月—2017年11月产科、肝病中心门诊及住院所有符合纳入标准的乙肝病毒感染女性妊娠期的血脂及肝功能情况,根据肝功能是否正常分为肝功能正常组及肝功能异常组,比较两组中血脂异常地发生率。结果纳入151例,其中肝功能正常组53例、肝功能异常组98例,两组在年龄及胎次分组上差异无统计学意义(P=0.976、0.899>0.05),肝功能异常孕妇13.21%较肝功能正常孕妇血脂增高51.02%(χ2=20.929,P<0.01)。结论乙肝病毒感染女性妊娠期间,血脂升高的乙肝孕妇肝功能异常发生率高于血脂正常者。护理人员应针对性的给予乙肝孕妇提供饮食指导,加强宣教,对孕妇实施个体化饮食调控,减少肝功能异常的发生,降低妊娠风险。Objective To investigate the effects of dyslipidemia during pregnancy on liver function in women with hepatitis B virus infection, and propose corresponding nursing strategies to provide reference for clinical nursing intervention. Meth-ods A retrospective analysis method was used to investigate the blood lipid and liver function of pregnant women with hep-atitis B virus infection in the obstetrics, liver disease clinics and hospitalized hospitals from January 2016 to November 2017. According to whether the liver function was normal or not, they were divided into the normal liver function group and the abnormal liver function group, the incidence of dyslipidemia was compared between the two groups. Results 151 pa-tients were included, including 53 patients with normal liver function and 98 patients with abnormal liver function. There were no statistically significant differences in age and parity between the two groups (P=0.976, 0.899>0.05). 13.21% of pa-tients with normal liver function increased blood lipids by 51.02%(X^2=20.929, P<0.01). Conclusion During the pregnancy of women with hepatitis B virus infection, the incidence of liver dysfunction in pregnant women with elevated blood lipids was higher than that in normal blood lipids. Nursing staff should provide dietary guidance to pregnant women with hepatitis B, strengthen their education, implement individualized dietary regulation for pregnant women, reduce the occurrence of ab-normal liver function, and reduce the risk of pregnancy.
