摘 要:目的在犬体内建立一种与人体颈动脉虹吸段动脉瘤几何学相似的动脉瘤模型。方法应用快速原型技术建成4个颈动脉虹吸段管状实体模型,通过外科重建和胰弹性蛋白酶消化建立4个动脉瘤模型,应用血管造影,探讨与人体模型的相似性。结果成功制作4枚颈动脉虹吸段动脉瘤模型,图像融合和角度测量结果显示,实验犬模型和人体模型的载瘤动脉,其几何学模拟良好。结论建立犬颈动脉虹吸段动脉瘤模型具有可行性,该模型和原始人体模型有很大相似性。Objective We created a siphon carotid artery aneurysm model in dogs and compared its geometric similarity with human models. Methods Four siphon carotid artery shaped devices were constructed using rapid prototyping. Four aneurysms were created via surgical reconstruction and elastase incubation. According to the results of angiography, the geometrics of the aneurysm and the parent artery were compared. Results Four siphon carotid artery aneurysms were successfully created, with their geometric measurement similar to the human models. Image fusion and angle measurement revealed good geometric simulation of patent arteries between the dog and human models. Conclusion The siphon carotid artery aneurysm model in dogs is feasible and exhibited considerable geometric similarities with the original human models.
