摘  要:针对成品油管道顺序输送不同油品的特性,比较成品油管道工程自控系统设计与天然气、原油管道工程的不同,建立了SCADA控制系统结构,并提出了水击保护方式、混油界面检测及处理、批次跟踪及泄漏检测等问题的解决方案,为国内成品油管道工程自控系统设计积累宝贵经验。Aiming at the characteristics of different oil in sequential transportation in product oil pipelines,the differences of automatic control system design among the product oil pipeline, natural gas and crude oil pipeline are compared.The structure of SCADA control system is constructed.Solutions for water attack protection mode,detection and treatment of mixed oil interface,batch tracking and leakage detection are put forward.Valuable experience for automatic control system design for domestic product oil pipeline engineering is contributed.
