摘　　要：[目的]探讨同伴支持对乳腺癌术后化疗病人心理弹性的影响。[方法]选取2015年10月—2016年1月我院乳甲外科住院病人76例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(38例)和观察组(38例),对照组病人实施常规乳腺癌术后化疗健康教育,观察组病人在对照组基础上给予同伴支持。比较两组病人心理弹性量表得分。[结果]乳腺癌术后病人不同时间点,心理弹性水平均低于国内常模;首次化疗前,观察组和对照组病人心理弹性得分均衡可比,经过一段时间干预后,两组病人心理弹性得分均有提高,但变化幅度不同,观察组病人心理弹性得分提高幅度大于对照组病人。[结论]乳腺癌术后化疗病人心理弹性低于普通人群,在常规乳腺癌术后化疗健康教育基础上给予同伴支持,有利于提高病人心理弹性水平。Objective: To probe into the effect of peer support on psychological resilience of breast cancer patients undergoing post-operative chemotherapy. Methods: 76 inpatients of breast and thyroid surgery in our hospital from October 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (38 cases) and observation group (38 cases) by random number table.The patients in control group were given routine health education of chemotherapy after breast cancer operation,and the patients in observation group were given peer support on the basis of the control group.The scale score of psychological resilience was compared between the two groups. Results: Psychological resilience levels of breast cancer patients after operation were lower than the domestic norm at different time points.Before the first chemotherapy.The scores of psychological resilience of patients in the observation group and the control group were comparable.After a period of intervention,the scores of psychological resilience of patients in two groups were improved,but the ranges of change were different.The scores of psychological resilience of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. Conclusions: Psychological resilience of breast cancer patients undergoing post-operative chemotherapy was lower than general population.It was helpful to improve patients′psychological resilience level that giving peer support on the basis of routine health education of chemotherapy after breast cancer operation.
