摘  要:目的 :研究依托咪酯和丙泊酚对患者全麻诱导期血流动力学影响。方法 :纳入拟在全麻下行气管插管的患者120例,随机分成2组。分别使用依托咪酯和丙泊酚行血浆浓度靶向诱导,在7个不同时间点分别记录血流动力学指标。结果 :两组心率(HR)、每搏量(SV)、外周血管阻力(SVR)、外周血管阻力指数(SVRI)在T1~T4时间点差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。每组血流动力学指标均随时间变化而变化,且变化差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 :丙泊酚在扩张外周血管、抑制心肌、降低每搏输出量、降低血压和心率等血流动力学指标的影响比依托咪酯更为明显。Objective: To study the effects of etomidate and propofol on hemodynamics in patients with general anesthesia. Methods: A total of 120 patients scheduled for endotracheal intubation under general anesthesia were enrolled in this study and were randomly divided into group E (etomidate) and group P (propofol). Plasma concentration targeting induction was performed using etomidate and propofol, respectively, and hemodynamic parameters were recorded at 7 different time points. Results: There were significant differences in heart rate (HR), stroke volume (SV), peripheral vascular resistance (SVR), and peripheral vascular resistance index (SVRI) between the two groups at T1 to T4 time points. The hemodynamic parameters in each group changed with time and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The effect of propofol on hemodynamic parameters such as dilating peripheral blood vessels, inhibiting myocardium, reducing stroke volume, lowering blood pressure and heart rate is more pronounced than etomidate.
