呼出气一氧化氮和外周血嗜酸性粒细胞百分率用于支气管哮喘诊断的临床价值

摘　　要：目的 :探讨支气管哮喘诊断中呼出气一氧化氮和外周血嗜酸性粒细胞百分率的应用效果。方法 :选取支气管哮喘患者110例作为观察组,非支气管哮喘患者60例作为对照组,两组均进行呼出气一氧化氮、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞百分率、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1.0)占预计值百分比检测。结果 :相较于对照组,观察组的第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比更低,呼出气一氧化氮、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞百分率更高(P<0.05);观察组呼出气一氧化氮和外周血嗜酸性粒细胞百分率表现为正相关(r=0.633,P<0.05),与第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比无明显相关性(r=-0.048,P>0.05);呼出气一氧化氮、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞百分率和哮喘病情测试评分均表现为负相关(r=-0.429,P<0.05)。结论:呼出气一氧化氮和外周血嗜酸性粒细胞百分率应用于支气管哮喘病情评估中的效果较好。Objective: To investigate the effect of the level of exhalation NO and the percentage of peripheral eosinophil in the diagnosis of bronchial asthma. Methods: One hundred and ten cases of patients with bronchial asthma were selected as an observation group and 60 cases of patients without bronchial asthma were selected as a control group. The determination of the level of exhalation NO, the percentage of peripheral eosinophil and the forced expiratory volume in one second as percentage of predicted value (FEV1pre) was performed in all the patients. Results: The FEV1pre was significantly lower and the level of exhalation NO and the percentage of peripheral eosinophil were higher in the observation group than the control group (P<0.05). The level of exhalation NO in the observation group was positively correlated with the percentage of peripheral eosinophil (r=0.633, P<0.05), but not with the FEV1pre (r=-0.048, P>0.05). The level of exhalation NO and the percentage of peripheral eosinophil was negatively correlated with asthma test score (r=-0.429, P<0.05). Conclusion: The level of exhalation NO and the percentage of peripheral eosinophil for the diagnosis of bronchial asthma condition have a good effectiveness.
