摘　　要：目的:探讨AIDET沟通模式配合强化疼痛管理对癌痛患者的影响。方法:选取2016年6月～2018年6月收治的90例癌痛患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组各45例,对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组在对照组护理基础上进行AIDET沟通模式配合强化疼痛管理;比较两组疼痛管理满意度及焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分。结果:护理后,观察组疼痛管理满意度显著高于对照组(P <0. 05),SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组(P <0. 05),SF-36量表中生理功能、躯体疼痛、精力、情感职能、精神健康评分均显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:AIDET沟通模式配合强化疼痛管理能有效提高癌症患者镇痛效果,改善患者心理状态和生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of AIDET communication model combined with enhanced pain management on cancer pain patients.Methods:A total of 90 cases of cancer pain patients admitted from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group with 45 cases each.The control group used routine nursing measures,on the basis of it,the observation group conducted nursing AIDET communication model combined with strengthened pain management.Pain management satisfaction and anxiety self-rating scale(SAS),depression self-rating scale(SDS)and concise health status questionnaire(SF-36)scores were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the satisfaction of pain management in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of physiological function,physical pain,energy,emotional function and mental health in the SF-36 scale were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:AIDET communication model combined with strengthened pain management can effectively improve the analgesic effect of cancer patients and improve their psychological state and quality of life.
