摘　　要：目的:探讨互联网依托式自我管理导向型5A护理模式对维持性血透患者的影响。方法:将2018年1月～3月90例接受维持性血透干预的终末期肾病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,对照组接受常规自我管理干预,观察组接受互联网依托式自我管理导向型5A护理干预;比较两组自我管理评分、并发症发生率及生活质量评分。结果:观察组自我管理及生活质量评分均高于对照组(P <0. 05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:在维持血透患者中开展互联网依托式自我管理导向型5A护理干预,可显著提升患者自我管理水平,降低维持性血透相关并发症发生风险,提高患者生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of Internet-based self-management-oriented 5A nursing method on maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods:A total of 90 patients with end-stage renal disease receiving maintenance hemodialysis intervention from January to March 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 45 cases each.The control group received conventional self-management intervention,and the observation group received internet-based self-management oriented 5A nursing intervention.Self-management score,complication rate and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results:The self-management and quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Internet-based self-management-oriented 5A nursing intervention in patients with hemodialysis maintenance can significantly improve the level of patients′self-management,reduce the risk of hemodialysis related complications,and improve the quality of life of patients.
