摘　　要：首先分析了新时期军队院校调整改革背景下图书、情报、档案一体化管理的必要性和可行性,然后分别从树立一体化管理理念、建立一体化领导机构、构建一体化服务平台、加强一体化资源建设以及打造一体化人才队伍等五个方面提出了对策建议。This paper analyzes the necessity and possibility of the integration management of library, information and archives in military academies under the background of adjustment and reform, then puts forward some countermeasures from the following aspects: establishing concept of integrated management, setting up integrated leading organization, building an integrated service platform, strengthening integrated resources construction, and creating an integrated team of talents.
