高校干部人事档案服务水平提升路径探索

摘　　要：中国特色社会主义进入新时代,对干部人事档案服务工作也提出了更高的要求。干部人事档案服务包括档案收集、档案保管、档案查借阅等基本内容。具体到高等学校,目前存在干部人事档案材料的收集把关不严、干部人事档案保管不到位、档案查借阅效率低且存在安全隐患等问题。为了更好地提升服务水平,需要从档案收集、保管、查借阅以及档案管理人员等多个路径来提升服务水平,以实现对高校干部人事档案的科学和高效管理。As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era, higher requirements have been put forward for the service of cadres’ personnel archives. The cadres’ personnel archives service includes basic contents such as archives collection, keeping, checking and borrowing. Specifically in colleges and universities, there are some problems in cadres' personnel archives service, such as lax collection, inadequate storage, inefficient access to archives, and potential safety hazards. In order to improve the service level, it is necessary to improve the service level through archives collection, storage, checking, borrowing and archives management personnel, so as to achieve scientific and efficient management of cadres’ personnel archives in colleges and universities.
