摘　　要：首先对当前农家书屋发展现状进行了研究,提出新形势下地方高校图书馆与农家书屋联盟建设的意义。接着在分析联盟建设意义与价值的基础上,提出农家书屋只有通过和地方高校图书馆的联盟建设,才能提高馆藏文献资源的数量、质量,提高管理人员的服务水平;只有完善农家书屋的管理机制,加大农家书屋的信息化建设,才能更好地推进农书屋的可持续发展,保障农民群众基本的文化权益,促进地方公共文化服务体系的建设和精神文明建设。Firstly, the current development status of rural libraries is studied, and the significance of building local university library and rural library alliance under the new situation is put forward. Then, on the basis of analyzing the significance and value of the alliance construction, it is proposed that only through the alliance construction of the rural library and the local university library can the quantity and quality of the library collection resources be improved and the service level of management staff be improved. Only by improving the management mechanism of rural library and increasing the informatization construction of rural library can we better promote the sustainable development of rural library, protect the basic cultural rights and interests of farmers, and promote the construction of local public cultural service system and spiritual civilization.
