摘　　要：民国时期,民众教育馆在民众教育中起着重要作用。中原社会教育馆成立于国民政府迁都洛阳之后,是国民政府提升民力的重要举措。其设置具有服务抗战的旨归。中原社会教育馆创办中原民众学校作为开展民众教育的载体,实施精神训练、知识训练、职业训练等作为民众教育的主要内容,实施园林经营作为民众教育的经济保障,实施辅导事业实现民众教育的推广。但由于战时环境以及经费和人员的短缺,中原社会教育馆的民众教育事业难以收到普及的成效。The settingof public education center had the purpose of serving the Anti-Japanese War. The Central Plains Social Education Center established the Central Plains People's School as a carrier for public education, implemented spiritual training, knowledge training, vocational training, etc. as the main content of public education, ran garden business as the economic guarantee for public education, and practiced counseling to realize the popularization of public education. However, due to the wartime environment and the shortage of funds and personnel, it was difficult for the public education of the Central Plains Social Education Center to achieve universal results.
