摘　　要：目的探讨《中华诊断学电子杂志》2016至2018年载文信息情况。方法以《中华诊断学电子杂志》2016至2018年纸质导读版刊出的所有文献为研究对象,分析载文量、载文栏目、载文刊出形式、第一作者地区机构分布、高发文量单位等指标。结果 2016至2018年共发刊12期,864页,213篇,平均每期载文17.75篇,平均每篇4.06页,篇密度为0.25。论著共125篇,占58.69%;综述68篇,占31.92%。临床医学领域文章最多,为138篇,占64.79%,其中循环系统疾病发文最多,29篇,占13.62%。2016至2018年第一作者分布在25个省市自治区,65家机构,多分布在经济较为发达地区,其中山东最多84篇,占39.44%,高发文机构相对稳定;篇均引文逐年增加, 17.73～21.20条。结论 2016至2018年,《中华诊断学电子杂志》载文量、篇密度逐年下降,篇均页数逐年上升,刊出形式以论著为主,临床研究居多;作者队伍分布较广泛,篇均引文增多。Objective To investigate the papers published in the Chinese Journal of Diagnostics (Electronic Edition) from 2016 to 2018. Methods All articles published in the Chinese Journal of Diagnostics (Electronic Edition) from 2016 to 2018 were analyzed, including the number, column and style of published articles, the institution and area distribution of the first author. Results From 2016 to 2018, 12 issues of the Chinese Journal of Diagnostics (Electronic Edition) were published, with 864 pages, 17.75 items per tissue and 4.06 pages per item. Original articles (125) were the main style of published papers, accounting for 58.69%, while review articles(68) accounted for 31.92%. There were 138 articles on clinical medicine, accounting for 64.79%, among which 29 articles on diseases of circulation system, accounting for 13.62%.Authors were distributed in 25 provinces or autonomous regions, in 65 institutions, mostly in economically developed areas, among which Shandong amounted for 39.44%(84). It had a steady author group, the citations were 17.73-21.20 per article which increased year by year. Conclusions From 2016 to 2018,the annual published articles and paper density on Chinese Journal of Diagnostics (Electronic Edition) decrease, and its main style of published papers is the original article, clinical research is the majority. The authors are nation-wide distribution, and the citations per article increase.
