摘 要:目的 :了解上海市虹桥社区2型糖尿病患者的饮食管理现状。方法 :采取整群抽样方法抽取辖区内患有2型糖尿病、由社区医务人员进行规范管理的患者200例作为研究对象进行问卷调研,问卷内容包括糖尿病知识知晓率、饮食依从性、自我管理行为及生存质量4个维度。结果 :患者糖尿病饮食相关知识知晓率仅为18.75%;糖尿病饮食依从性好的6例,尚可86例,一般78例,差的6例;患者过去7 d和过去1个月内按糖尿病饮食要求合理安排饮食的天数分别为每周(4.54±2.48)d和(4.35±2.39)d;患者的生活总体满意度得分为(34.43±8.03)分,其中自身体型的满意度较差,仅为(2.53±0.94)分;糖尿病相关忧虑得分为(7.87±3.24)分。结论 :社区医务人员对于糖尿病患者的饮食管理存在不足,应加强管理。慢性病管理的工作重点应放在开展具有针对性的健康教育指导及采用糖尿病患者易于接受的饮食管理模式上。Objective: To understand the current status of dietary management in patients with type 2 diabetes in Hongqiao Community, Shanghai. Methods: A cluster sampling method was used to select 200 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were managed by the community medical staff in the jurisdiction as the subjects for questionnaire survey, and the questionnaire contents included four dimensions: diabetes knowledge awareness rate, dietary compliance, self-management behavior and quality of life. Results: The awareness rate of diabetes related knowledge in the patients was only 18.75%;there were 6 cases with good dietary compliance, 86 cases with fair compliance, 78 cases with general compliance and 6 cases with poor compliance;the numbers of the days that the patients had rationally arranged the diet according to the diabetic diet requirement in the past 7 days and the past month were (4.54±2.48) d and (4.35±2.39) d per week, respectively;the overall life satisfaction score of the patients was (34.43±8.03) points, and among them, the satisfaction of their own body type was poor, only (2.53±0.94) points;the score of diabetes-related anxiety was (7.87+3.24) points. Conclusion: Community medical personnel have deficiencies in dietary management of diabetic patients, and the management should be strengthened. The work of chronic disease management should focus on carrying out targeted health education guidance and adopting a dietary management mode that is easily accepted by diabetic patients.
