摘　　要：重点从地域文化的视角解读特色小镇建设和开发过程中的文化缺失,漠视地域传统的民俗文化的挖掘、开发和利用,体育特色小镇就失去了生活的土壤。探究地域文化在圣天湖特色体育小镇中的文化功能和价值,剖析地域文化的体育信仰和文化自信,打造具有地方标识的体育文化IP。This article focuses on the lack of culture in the process of construction and development of characteristic towns from the perspective of regional culture. It ignores the excavation, development and utilization of traditional folk cultures in the region. Sports featured towns lose their soil of living. Explore the cultural functions and values of Guangong Culture in the special sports town of Shengtian Lake, analyze the sports beliefs and cultural confidence of Guangong Culture, and create a sports culture IP with local logos.
