摘　　要：皖江抗日根据地在创建发展过程中,由于教育不够,监督不严,法纪未立,造成根据地内部出现了贪污腐化的现象。为了肃清腐败作风,塑造民主廉洁的政府形象,皖江抗日根据地从廉政思想教育、廉政制度及监督机制建设着手,领导干部率先垂范,励精图治,建章立制,整风肃纪,惩治腐败,取得了成功的经验,促进了根据地的巩固和发展,保证了抗战的顺利进行,对新时代的党风廉政建设具有重要的历史借鉴意义。During development of anti-Japanese resistance bases in Wanjiang area, in order to establish democrat? ic and clean government, anti-Japanese resistance bases construct rules and regulations, rectify incorrect styles of work, fight against corruption from the perspective of ideological education and establishment of clean gover? nance system and supervisory mechanism, which promotes consolidation and development of the bases, and guar? antees the victory of anti-Japanese war, and provides historical lessons for construction of the Party conduct and of the honest and clean government in new era.
