中兽医治疗牛泄泻方剂的组方规律分析

摘　　要：挖据中兽医药治疗牛泄泻方剂组方规律,为中兽医药治疗牛泄泻的科研及临床工作提供参考。收集《中国兽药典》收录、中兽医专业书籍及文献报告的中兽医治疗牛泄泻的方剂,应用Excel 2010录入方剂信息,构建数据库。分析牛泄泻方剂中常用使用频次、分类、归经和在不同证型中的分布;运用SPSS 21.0对建立的方剂数据库进行药物组合和泄泻不同证型之间关联规则分析,从而获取针对不同证型的核心药对和组方规律。结果表明,通过对422首方剂分析发现,中兽医药治疗牛泄泻的方剂根据泄泻的证型可分为9种,方剂数包括治疗寒泄75、热泄114、伤食泄42、脾虚泄116、肾虚泄32、虫泄3、脾肾阳虚泄21、由肝传脾泄14、劳伤泄泻7;使用频次≥8的有72种中药,使用频次最高的前5味分别是甘草、白术、茯苓、陈皮、党参;所有方剂中出现频次最高的药对是白术-茯苓。兽医临床上以脾虚泄、热泄、寒泄这3种证型最为常见;常用药以补气健脾、祛湿为主;证型不同,使用的核心药对也不尽相同,在临床用药治疗不同证型牛泄泻时,可以这些药对为核心组合组成方剂。To analyze the composition principles in traditional Chinese veterinary medicine (TCVM)prescriptions in the treatment of bovine diarrhea,it can provide a reference for clinical treatment.We collected literatures related to TCVM formulas treating bovine diarrhea from the above databases including Chinese Veterinary Pharmacopoeia,veterinary professional books and China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI),input the details of the all literatures into Excel 2010 to establish a formula database.Then the frequency,classification,channel tropism of the drugs in different syndrome types of bovine diarrhea were analyzed.The commonly used drug pairs of different syndrome types and medicine prescription laws for treating bovine diarrhea were also figured out based on the association rules analysis which was between drugs and different syndrome types.Totally 422 prescriptions for treating bovine diarrhea were screened out and had nine syndrome types.Among them,116 prescriptions were used to treat spleen deficiency diarrhea,114 for heat diarrhea,75 for cold diarrhea,42 for diarrhea due to improper diet,32 for kidney deficiency and diarrhea,21 for spleen and kidney yang deficiency diarrhea,14 for diarrhea from liver to spleen,7 for overexertion diarrhea.There were 72 herbs with frequency≥8,including Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Poria,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Radix Codonopsis.The drug pair of Rhizoma Atractylodis and Poria was the most frequently used.Spleen deficiency,heat and cold diarrhea were the commonly appearance.The treatment of bovine diarrhea should be based on strengthening spleen,regulating qi and eliminating dampness,the main treatment method,and according to different accompanied symptoms,we should select different drug pairs and these drug pairs can also be used to make some new prescriptions.
