摘  要:常见的病原微生物多重耐药性的增加以及多重耐药菌株的出现,给动物养殖业造成了巨大的经济损失。细菌的耐药性与其自身携带的耐药质粒关系密切。论文从细菌耐药现状,细菌的耐药性和耐药质粒的关系,耐药质粒的物理、化学、中草药消除方法这几个方面进行综述,旨在寻求一种安全有效的消除方法消除耐药质粒,为今后相关的研究提供参考。The increase of multi-drug resistance of common pathogenic microorganisms and the emergence of multi-drug resistant strains have caused lots of economic losses to animal breeding.From the aspect of gene research,the development of bacterial resistance is mainly related to the R plasmid.The R plasmid consists of two parts with different functions.The first is the drug resistance transfer factor,which acts like the F factor;the other is the drug resistance factor (RF),which determines drug resistance,namely,the loss of drug resistance must eliminate the R plasmid in the bacteria,and the probability of the spontaneous disappearance of the bacterial R plasmid in the normal living environment is particularly small.This article reviewed the status of bacterial drug resistance,the relationship between bacterial drug resistance and drug resistance plasmids,physical elimination methods,chemical methods,and Chinese herbal medicine methods.It aims to seek a safe and effective elimination method to eliminate drug resistant plasmids,and lay the foundation for future related research.
