摘  要:如何把握未来电网安全形势的变化,是电网调度运行的迫切需要。本文针对这一问题,结合智能电网调度控制系统的发展及其动态安全评估技术,提出了一种大规模电网运行模式的在线趋势分析技术。该技术在现有电网运行模式和在线稳定性分析的基础上,利用调度运行调整、调度、新能源预测和负荷预测数据对未来电网潮流进行预测,并在短期内快速评估其安全状况和发展趋势。该技术已在华中电网应用,为预防和预控复杂的电网运行提供技术方面的支持,为电网控制智能化转变打好基础。How to grasp the changes of the security situation of power grid in the future is an urgent need for power grid dispatching operation.To solve this problem,an on-line trend analysis technology for large-scale power grid operation mode is proposed based on the development of smart grid dispatching control system and its dynamic security assessment technology.Based on the analysis of existing power grid operation mode and online stability,this technology uses dispatching operation adjustment,dispatching,new energy forecasting and load forecasting data to forecast future power flow,and quickly evaluates its security status and development trend in a short time.This technology has been applied in central China and Xinxiang power grid in Henan province.It provides technical support for preventing and controlling complex power grid operation,and lays a good foundation for intelligent transformation of power grid control.
