质控自查小组在ICU护理质控管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理质控自查小组在ICU护理质控管理中的作用。方法:根据医院质控管理的目标,2017年7月在ICU成立质控自查小组,制定各组护理质控检查内容及每月检查的频次,定期对ICU的护理质量进行检查。将2017年1月-6月列为传统组,2017年7月-12月列为质控组。结果:自ICU成立质控小组以来,临床护士危重病人护理、分级护理、护理安全、消毒隔离、护理文书、核心制度及核心技能都得到了很大程度的提高,护士参与护理质控的积极性明显提高,同时提高了病人的满意度。结论:在ICU实行护理质控小组自查,有利于护士全员参与护理质量管理,使护士既能主动发现问题,又能提出合理化的建议,对护理质量的持续改进起到了良好的促进作用。Objective:To study the role of nursing quality control inspection team in ICU nursing quality management. Method: According to the goal of hospital quality management, in July 2017, self-inspection team was established in the ICU to formulate the content of nursing quality control inspection for each group and the frequency of the inspection in a month, and Check the nursing quality of ICU regularly. From January to June 2017, it was a traditional Group, From July to December 2017,it was the quality control Group. Result:Since the establishment of quality control in the ICU team, clinical nursing to critically ill patient, grading care,nursing safety, disinfection and isolation, nursing documentation, core system and core skills have been greatly improved. The enthusiasm of nurses towards nursing quality control, and the patient satisfaction are both improved significantly. Conclusion: By implementing ICU nursing quality control inspection team, all nurses are able to participate in the nursing quality management, which helps the nurses to not only take initiative to find problems,but also provide reasonable suggestions and timely feedback. These promote the continuous improvement of nursing quality.
