程序性护理措施在老年性白内障手术患者中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨程序性护理措施在老年性白内障手术患者的疗效及可能机制。方法:90例老年性白内障患者随机分为观察组及对照组,观察组患者接受程序性护理,对照组患者接受常规护理,两组患者在手术前后及出院后分别进行程序性护理和常规护理,对术后6个月及9个月进行康复率、视力及复发率比较,评价两组患者的疗效差别及可能机制。结果:观察组患者术后康复率为98.36%,对照组患者术后康复率为93.44%,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者复发率为4.91%,对照组患者复发率为16.39%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的视力比较结果:术前比较差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05),术后6个月及9个月相比观察组患者明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:程序性护理措施对于白内障手术患者的视力恢复效果明显优于常规护理,值得进一步推广应用。Objective:To explore the curative effect and possible mechanism of procedural care in senile cataract surgery. Methods:90 cases of senile cataract patients were chosen, randomly divided into observation group serviced with procedural care and control group given with routine nursing care. After six months and nine months, we evaluate the difference of two groups with surgery recovery rate, vision, and the recurrence rate.Results:The recovery rate of observation group of patients was 98.36%, that of control group patients was 93.44%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The reocurrence rate of observation group was 4.91%,that of control group was 16.39%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The difference of two group patients’ visual before operation was not statistically significant(P>0.05), that of observation group was obviously better than the control group after 6 months and 9 months, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The patients’ visual of observation group was better than that of control group, so procedural care model is worthy of further popularization and application.
