摘　　要：目的:探讨步长稳心颗粒治疗更年期综合征心脏神经官能症的疗效。方法:将收治的90例更年期综合征心脏神经官能症患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组(45例)和对照组(45例),对照组患者采取倍他乐克及谷维素治疗,研究组患者在此基础上采取步长稳心颗粒治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:研究组患者总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:步长稳心颗粒治疗更年期综合征心脏神经官能症效果较优,可有效缓解患者症状。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of BuChang Wenxin Granule in the treatment of climacteric syndrome with cardiac neurosis. Methods:90 patients with menopausal syndrome with cardiac neurosis in Hospital were randomly divided into study group (n=45) and control group (n=45). The control group was treated with betaloc and oryzano, and the study group was treated with Bu Chang Wenxin granule on this basis. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion:Buchang Wenxin Granule is effective in the treatment of climacteric syndrome with cardiac neurosis, which can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients and is worth popularizing.
