摘　　要：总结1例食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血急诊行ESVD术的女性患者,因"呕血、黑便一天"急诊入院,入院当天即出现消化道大出血,护理上给予抢救、转运手术室及术后护理,病情好转后出院。To sum up a female patient who underwent ESVD emergency surgery for esophageal and gastric variceal hemorrhage. She was admitted to the emergency department for " hematemesis and black stool one day ".On the day of admission, massive hemorrhage occurred in the digestive tract. The patient was treated with rescue and transfer in the operating room, postoperative nursing, and discharged after their condition improved.
