摘  要:某用户反映长城特钢生产的H13热作模具钢■16~110mm热轧材在交货状态下硬度水平200HB~229HB,虽然符合国家标准要求(≤235HB),但锯切有一定困难。为了满足该用户对加工硬度的特殊需求(硬度≤200HB),对热作模具钢热轧材H13进行了不同退火工艺的试验。结果表明H13的退火硬度与等温退火的温度有很大的关系。等温退火的加热温度860℃、等温温度750℃为最佳退火工艺,钢材的硬度比较均匀,平均硬度190HB左右,金相组织也合格,完全满足用户标准要求。Ф16~110mm H13 hot work die steel was produced in Chang Cheng Special Steel Company,and its hardness range reached 200HB^229HB.Although the hardness meets the requirements of national standards(≤235HB),certain customers has some difficulties in sawing.In order to meet the special requirement of the customer for hardness,different annealing process tests were carried out on hot rolled H13 hot working die steel.The results showed that the annealing hardness of H13 was closely related to the isothermal annealing temperature.heating temperature of 860℃for isothermal annealing and 750℃isothermal temperature was the best annealing process.The uniform hardness with average 190 HB and qualified metallographic structure fully meet user's requirements.
